Situated on the northern end of the Cellar Door Block and sandwiched between two rows of sentinel pines, this block is cool and protected, producing gooseberry, grass and light tropicals with stunning mineral acid. After gentle whole-bunch pressing and overnight settling, the juice is fermented cool and slow in stainless steel tanks. The wine is filtered and bottled young to maintain freshness.
