Sancerre style. Fresh from the garden salad on the nose with asparagus and gooseberry. Gentle and textural palate. Lovely length and crisp acidity. Grapes were crushed first to allow juice skin contact before pressing, then fermented cool in the barrel. A wine that grows in the glass rather than shouts.
